You rent a chalet for €1200 per month, for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months.
How does the reservation work?
After placing a reservation you will receive an email informing you of the availability. If there is no accommodation available on the requested date, we will make you an offer for the next date. We will then send you the booking confirmation. You can make reservations up to two weeks in advance.
How does the payment work?
The total amount to be paid is stated on your booking confirmation. These are the one-off cleaning costs, the first period of rent and the deposit. The reservation is final after you have paid.
The rent is to be paid monthly to the account number specified on the invoice, no later than seven days before the period to which the payment relates. If you do not pay for these seven days, we will block your access to the apartment.
How can I cancel my agreement?
You can quit your rental via e-mail. You send us an email confirming your cancellation. We will take care of it and send you a confirmation of your cancellation. The handover takes place on the last day of your tenancy.
Can I bring my cat?
No, it is forbidden to keep pets.
