General information

The payment:

You pay the rent for the first of the month. You transfer this yourself. If you have not paid you will no longer have access to the apartment.

Washing machines:

There are two laundry rooms in the building. There are two laundry rooms in the building. These are located on the first and third floors. These can be used for a fee.

Drilling, screwing and nailing:

Drilling, screwing, nailing in the floor, walls and ceiling is prohibited. Adhesive nails are also not allowed.

Alcohol and drug use:

It is forbidden to smoke and use drugs in and around the building (not even in the apartments). There is a smoking area outside next to the property. Only here is smoking allowed. Alcohol is not prohibited, but use it in moderation.

Camera surveillance:

The building is equipped with camera surveillance in the general areas.
